This is an established, fully set-up static seed grading business in the heart of the Southern Riverina. It comes with the land, buildings, silo complex and bulk handling equipment, and its repeat client base is already in place. You can step straight into a working business, or secure a well-equipped rural industrial site ready for your own operation.

A Colorbond transportable office with two offices, kitchen, shower and toilet.
A 20kW solar system.
Silo Complex – approx. 842 tonnes (wheat basis)

The line is built around a Westrup UP1250 air screener (16tph) with an extensive screen library. It also includes a Simon scalper aspirator, multiple Hannaford indent cylinders (two with brand-new shells), a Satake 240 gravity table with VSD fans and deck drive (plus fine seed deck), Oliver 80 and 160 gravity tables, Carter disc separators, an oat clipper and a slurry pickler. Bagging is handled by Aurora and Taylor auto baggers, platform scales, a pallet wrapper and a new Newlong bag sewer. Internal bucket elevators and tubeveyors complete the system.
